Q: How do I sign-up and get this offer?

Q: Can you please explain why are there two different prices - one for current BC Advantage subscribers and another for non-BC Advantage subscribers?
A: As this Audio Event is included in the BC Advantage “family” of products, it is part of our commitment to our subscribers to offer them affordable ways of increasing their knowledge and achieving their yearly CEU requirements. It is an advantage of being a current subscriber.
Q: I have been a BC Advantage subscriber for the past year but my subscription has just expired. Can I still get the Audio Event at the BC Advantage subscriber price?
A: No. The pricing is for current subscribers only. Purchases of the Audio Event will not be backdated in accordance with a subscription date. You can renew your subscription at www.billing-coding.com/renewals then purchase the audios at the discounted rate after.
Q: Why is it so much cheaper when other companies charge more that that for just one audio conference let alone 11 of them worth 11 CEUs?
A: We were able to bring together this wonderful panel of industry professionals to present at this Audio Event with the understanding of making the presentations cost-effective for everyone in such economic times.
Q: Can I play the Audio Event CD-ROM in my car and listen to it there?
A: No, the CD-ROM will only work in the hard drive of a computer. Most of the audios have PowerPoint or similar presentations accompanying them so you need to follow along whilst listening. Remember you will need to complete a test during or at the end of each presentation to receive your CEU so your attention is crucial.
Q: What is the pass rate for the tests?
A: You will need to achieve 100% to pass each audio conference test.
Q: Last year there were no tests to complete to be able to get my CEUs. I only had to input codes into my online account. Why the change?
A: The associations are changing their requirements and we are just following the guidelines that they have set.
Q: Can I get partial credit for listening to (for example) and answering the questions for five out of the eleven audio presentations?
A: Yes. Each audio presentation has it's own CEU value so you can complete as many as you like, when you like (as long as it's before the 03/31/2011 expiry date).
Q: I have listened to the first audio presentation. What do I do now?
A: Using the User ID# and password that you were sent when we processed your payment you can log into your account and at www.bcadvantageaudio.com to do the test that accompanies the audio.
Q: I haven't passed the test that I started but I would still like to listen to the other audio presentations. Can I still do that?
A: Yes, you can leave an un-passed or unfinished test and start a new one. Note: You will need to pass that test to earn your CEu for that test.
Q. I have several staff members who are also certified through one of the approving associations and have bought the Audio Event for myself. Can I let them use it so that they can earn their CEUs too?
A: No, the presentations are the property of Billing-Coding, Inc. and are licensed for a single user only. We offer bulk pricing for purchases of 10 or more of the Audio Events. Please contact our office at audio@billing-coding.com for bulk pricing information.
Q: I'm a local chapter officer – can I use this Audio Event to present to my chapter?
A: No, the presentations are the property of Billing-Coding, Inc. and are licensed for a single user only. We offer bulk pricing for purchases of 10 or moreof the Audio Events. Please contact our office at audio@billing-coding.com for bulk pricing information.
Q: I just paid online but have not received my log-in information so that I can get started. How long does it take?
A: All purchases are manually processed and since we are in Las Vegas, NV we operate on PST. We try to keep our processing times quick so once we received confirmation of your payment it can take up to 2 hours for your account to be processed depending upon the time it is in NV. Obviously if you sign up at 6am EST (3am PST) please know that we will not be processing your payment until we have had our first coffee!
Q: When can I expect my CD-ROM?
A: Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Q. The association that I am certified through is not listed in your approving associations allowing CEUs for this Audio Event. What can I do?
A: We are in the process of approaching several associations for approval for the audio event but suggest that you contact your association to see if they recognize AAPC CEUs.
Q: I am not a coder, who would benefit from listening to this Audio Event?
A: Office managers, physicians, billers, coders, department heads, claims specialists, auditors, educators, students. This list can go on and on. Anyone who involved within the medical administration field with the claims process will benefits from listening to this Audio Event.
Q. I have misplaced my CD-ROM; can you please send me another copy?
A: Yes, but there is an administration cost of $15.00 for a replacement copy.
Q: What is the expiry date for the CEUs?
A: The CEUs are valid to 03/31/2011. It is your responsibility to complete the tests and pass them before that date. There will be no extensions past that time for non-completion or non-passing.
Q: I have passed all of my tests but cannot print out my CEU Certificate. What do I do?
A: Your computer has probably cached the information so you will need to either refresh the web page (by pressing the refresh button on your URL or by pressing F5 on your keyboard) or log-out and re-log back in again. The printing icon will become visible again. If you have followed these instructions and still having problems printing then please contact our office at audio@billing-coding.com for additional assistance.
Q: Do I need to be computer savvy to use your online system?
A: Yes, you will need a minimal amount of computer skills to access your online account and answer the test questions there. If you can use an email account you should be able to use this system.
Q: I put the CD-ROM into my hard drive but nothing is happening. What do I do?

Q: Do you offer student discounts?
